FAQs

How long does it take for the pizza dough to rise?

Yeast reacts to warmth and moisture. The warmer and more moist the environment, the more quickly dough will rise. Typically, you can expect your dough to rise adequately in 30 minutes, but it may be advantageous to let it rise a bit longer. Conversely, if you let it rise all day, it'll still be fine.

How long can I store raw pizza dough?
How long will pizza dough keep?

You can safely store the dough for approximately 7 days. If you have added egg (gluten-free dough), the storage duration should be about 2 days. You can par-bake crusts and keep them in an airtight bag in your freezer for months.

How long does it take for the gluten-free pizza dough to rise?

The flours used in our gluten-free mixes don't react the same way gluten flour reacts. The dough will not do much rising. Consequently, you don't need to wait as long for the yeast to work.

Where do you sell your products?
Where can I buy your products?
What stores carry your products?

We sell in 120 stores in Washington, Montana, Idaho and Oregon, (including Yokes, Super 1, Rosauers, Harvest Foods, Albertsons) but currently, our production for wholesale has been stalled, due to the fact that we are a small, family business and the big grocery and manufacturing industry makes it nearly impossible for the "little' guy" to make it. We have sold out of most of our inventory on shelves and are feverishly working to get funding to be able to restock shelves and get into more stores.
