Yeast reacts to warmth and moisture. The warmer and more moist the environment, the more quickly dough will rise. Typically, you can expect your dough to rise adequately in 30 minutes, but it may be advantageous to let it rise a bit longer. Conversely, if you let it rise all day, it'll still be fine.

What stores carry your products?
We sell in 120 stores in Washington, Montana, Idaho and Oregon, (including Yokes, Super 1, Rosauers, Harvest Foods, Albertsons) but currently, our production for wholesale has been stalled, due to the fact that we are a small, family business and the big grocery and manufacturing industry makes it nearly impossible for the "little' guy" to make it. We have sold out of most of our inventory on shelves and are feverishly working to get funding to be able to restock shelves and get into more stores.
